In the fast-paced fast-food industry, Panasonic's stakeholders—franchise owners, managers, and technicians—struggled with an inefficient monitoring system.

The existing platform failed to provide multi-store visibility, real-time equipment updates, and user-friendly navigation, leading to costly delays and operational inefficiencies.
